MEMPHIS MILANO MURMANSK FRUIT BOWL BY ETTORE SOTTSASS (1982)

The Murmansk fruit ball  is a creation by Ettore Sottsass. Ettore Sottsass (1927-2017) is one of the most outstanding artists in the field of design of the 20th century.
From furniture to architecture and electronics, he has revolutionized contemporary design. In 1980, he founded the Memphis group which brings together young Italian, French, Japanese and rebel Siedese designers. They will breathe fresh air hitherto unknown in the field of design.
