Serge Mouille Tuyau curved ceiling lamp – PTU

This is a reissue of the iconic model created by French designer Serge Mouille in 1955. The descendants of Serge Mouille have resumed the production of this historic model under the name of Serge Mouille Editions. It is a very careful handcraft production.

It’s not the most famous model of Serge Mouille collection but this ceiling lamp « Tuyau » was created in 1955. I was created in order to unlight the mythic Steph Simon Gallery in Saint Germain Paris. This place showed best known designers as Charlotte Perriand, Jean Prouvé and Isamu Noguchi and, of course, Serge Mouille. At the time, “Tuyau” lamp was a very good success.
